The company covers 30,000 square mts, which main factory building covers 16,000 square meters. The company exists 130 staffs, Professional designer 3 people, Technology personnel 6 people, Quality inspector 6 people. At present the company production capacity has reached with an annual output of 1000 tons copper alloy castings and 800 tons of stainless stel castings.

3) Testing Equipment, Advanced Production Equipment
Li Fa Propeller Co.,Ltd has owned testing equipments for material chemical composition and mechanical properties and metallographic analysis, and sand strength testing equipment, and machining centers, CNC boring machine, CNC vertical lathe, CNC milling machine, CNC sleeping car and other production equipments which are more than 10 units. We use the machining center to machine the marine propeller blades to suitable our customers’ requirements of different levels of precision manufacturing. All above advanced equipments provides reliable guarantee for the Marine propulsion system industry, and also for the high quality valve plate and valve body castings, etc.
